2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
3. No Guarantee of Results
The Company does not guarantee that any property will sell, that any particular sale price will be achieved, or that any user will save any specific amount of money. Real estate outcomes depend on many factors outside the Company's control. Any examples, statistics, or testimonials on the Service are illustrative only and are not a promise or guarantee of a specific result.
4. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
The information on the Service is provided for general informational purposes only and is not intended as legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. Real estate forms and disclosures made available through the Service are provided for convenience and should be reviewed by you and, where appropriate, an attorney or other qualified professional before use.
5. Intellectual Property

In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
